In 2011, I wanted to go to Colombia with my wife.
The plan was for me to create a website for one of her friends, for a kind of youth hostel.
So I studied photos of La Casa Colombiana and turned them into a drawing that I would use on the site.
We rented a country house in Medellín so we could welcome my wife’s family.
After a few days, as we were walking back up the path from the grocery store to our house, two dogs started following us.
We wondered who they belonged to, when suddenly they turned right into a property.
I glanced over and, to my great surprise, it was the house I had been practicing drawing.
It turned out that, by pure coincidence, we had rented the house just opposite La Casa Colombiana.
So I worked with Flash and created illustrations in Photoshop.
I was not going to post this project, but my goal is to let everything come out so I can free my creativity.
For me, it is a pearl of great spiritual value in a humble form.
